Our carpet cleaning process begins with pre-treatment of all areas to be cleaned. This process will loosen the soils embedded in the carpet and neutralize any acids from oils, soils, food and drink spills. This process also includes fabric softeners and color brighteners to help restore the carpet.

Carpet

• The carpet is then steam cleaned with water at 220-240 degrees of steam. For every 20 degrees increased above 120 degrees, the cleaning is doubled. Also, this temperature will ensure that the carpet is cleaned and all germs and bacteria are killed.

• The drying time will depend on the type of carpet. Normal drying time is 2 to 4 hours.

• All solutions used in the process are biodegradable, water based, pet and child friendly. Keeping the environment, your family and your pets safe by using eco friendly products!
